Pottery
As a high school student, I had the opportunity to wheel-throw in a ceramics class and fell in love. It was my ‘almost’ major.
In 2021, after graduating college and finding a job I really enjoyed, I decided it was time to try it out again. I’ve continued to take classes at local studios as I’ve moved across the country, from Indianapolis to New York City.
I’ve found so much joy surrounding myself in the arts, finding a community and continuing to learn and grow.
I’m not currently selling my pieces, as I’m still finding my style and learning the craft, but please take a look at some of my work below or via my craft account on Instagram.
Painting & Drawing
I’ve painted and doodled and sketched since I can remember.
In classes, at my desk, on the couch, outside. I love experimenting with different mediums: acrylic, oil, gouache, and espcially watercolor. I’ve also found it an exciting challenge to incorporate my painting skills into my ceramic journey.

Fiber Arts
I love functional art, I love being able to create what I wear and what I use. Crochet, knitting and sewing have been wonderful ways to foster a sense of independence and appreciation for the items I own.
The satisfaction of completing a new hat or bag, fixing a pair of pants to fit comfortably, is undeniable.
Contrary to how it may seem, these activities also provide a time of peace as I focus and listen to a podcast or movie.
